Fun in the Sun
We take our dogs on most vacations with us. They are part of the family and we enjoy our time together.
Here are a couple shots of our yearly Muskegon camping excursion.
SPRING IS HERE
Each spring, Frankie and Valli are tested in HRD and recertify with AWDA (American Working Dog Association). The test includes 4 stations where the dog must locate source in #1 a surface hide, #2 an elevated hide, #3 a buried hide, and #4 a blank area. The handler does not know when they start which area is which. They must be able to read their dog and be able to communicate to the evaluator what the dog is telling them.
